Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and the instant delivery of vehicle reports, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The report was not generated or delivered after a successful payment.
  • A technical error occurred during processing (and proven by our support team).

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your transaction at southapplabs@gmail.com.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Incorrect registration number or VIN provided by the user.
  • Unsatisfactory or incomplete information, as data is based on external sources.
